  • Pre-Order (Hand made to order) Dresses - Can take up to 4 months for delivery. Please keep this in mind when ordering or booking your appointment.

  • Made to order bridal Accessories - Up to 2 weeks to be made and posted

  • In Stock Items - Dispatched a day or two after order by standard courier delivery and can take 2-5 days to arrive. International Deliveries can take around 15 - 25 days.

Postage Costs

  • Pre-Order (Hand made)Dresses - UK postage £13 first dress and £7.50 for additional dresses in the order, International Postage (Including Ireland) £30 for first dress and £15 for additional dresses in the same order

  • Everything else - UK postage £4.99, International Postage £13 (includes ireland)

Returns

  • Pre-Order (Hand made)Dresses - Unfortunately as they are hand made to order we are unable to do exchanges or returns on these dresses. As such we recommend you contact our team with help with sizing prior to placing your order.

  • Everything else  - can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. With the exception of custom made accessories and earrings.
